In this dance commercial, the past meets the present, dancing and swaying in the streets on May 5, 1945. But even today, people continue to dance to the freedom and peace that was created then. It seems to be a communal dance. The people of then on a large film screen and the people of today behind it.

The dancers seem to meet in moments and in movements but in the end the people of today dance through the movie screen and take their place in the present.The dancers are of all generations and cultures. Everyone is allowed to take their place and no one is excluded. The age of the dancers range from 8-80 years and the cultures vary from the Netherlands to Africa to the Middle East. They dance together to the Song of Freedom.
